Cascadia International Women's Film Festival Presents the 2nd Annual 'Women Rising: Expanding Visions/Diverse Perspectives'CASCADIA is a multi-day annual film festival celebrating exceptional films directed by women from around the world. The festival occurs in Bellingham April 24-27.ABOUT THE EXHIBITShowcasing the work of women artists from the Pacific Northwest. This year the CASCADIA International Women's Film Festival will again present a juried art exhibition entitled “Women Rising: Expanding Visions/Diverse Perspectives.” The exhibit, in collaboration with Allied Arts of Whatcom County, will be displayed at the Dakota Art Gallery in Bellingham from April 4 to May 24.
