Gita Joshi is the curator of this issue and the founder of The Curator’s Salon, a platform dedicated to supporting contemporary artists through exhibitions, editorial features, coaching, and podcast interviews. With a background in art history and curatorial training from Central Saint Martins, Joshi brings a rigorous and inclusive approach to artist development and exhibition-making.

She previously ran the award-winning Orso Major Gallery in London (2013–2016), and has curated shows across gallery spaces, business venues, and virtual platforms. Her work includes open studio programs, portfolio reviews, and juried exhibitions, and she is a member of the Association of Women Art Dealers. Joshi is also the author of Show Your Art, a guide for artists navigating the professional art world.
